Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

- Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

- No Cancellations after 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, we begin processing your order, and the cancellation option is no longer available. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the checkout.

 

Returns and Refunds

At Wowi Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted punch-needle and tufted products. All products undergo a thorough inspection and are securely packaged before being shipped to ensure they meet our high standards. Given the made to order and custom nature of our items, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.

- All sales are final. 

- No returns or refunds will be accepted after a purchase has been made.

Before dispatching, we take photographs of each product to verify its quality and condition. In case of any issues with the order upon receiving, please contact us within 48 hours with the details and relevant photos for review. We are committed to addressing any concerns in a fair manner.

 

Here are some natural features of tufted products that may sometimes be mistaken for defects:

- Initial Shedding: It is common for hand-tufted products to shed loose fibers when new. Regular vacuuming on a low setting once or twice a week will help minimize this over time.

- Pile Compression: After being stored or shipped, the rug’s pile may appear flattened. This is a temporary condition that will naturally lift with time, or can be fluffed up with gentle vacuuming or brushing.

- Color Variations: Due to factors like dye lots, screen settings, and lighting, the colors of your rug may appear slightly different than they do online. While we make every effort to depict colors accurately, small variations are expected and are not considered defects.

- Creases from Shipping: Rugs may arrive with creases or fold marks from being rolled for shipping. These will smooth out within a few days of laying the rug flat. To speed up the process, you can roll the rug in the opposite direction.

- Backing Impressions: Slight wrinkles or impressions on the backing of the rug may appear after shipping. This does not impact the quality or durability of the product and will flatten out once the rug is placed on the floor.

- Visible Fiber Loops: Occasionally, some loops or threads may rise slightly above the surface of handcrafted products. Please do not pull them out—simply trim them carefully with scissors to align with the rest of the pile.

These are normal characteristics of tufted products and are not indicative of any issues with the product. Rest assured, they do not affect the quality or longevity of your purchase. If you notice these characteristics, there’s no need for concern or complaint, as they are a natural part of the product’s craftsmanship.
